With a certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and extensive training through a Coaching Intensive Practicum, I am deeply committed to being your trusted ally in health and wellness. My own health journey has been shaped by challenges, including sports-related injuries, thyroid health issues, adopting a gluten-free lifestyle, and overcoming a compromised liver. These experiences have not only strengthened my resilience but also given me a profound understanding and empathy for the struggles that come with making lasting changes. I know firsthand how difficult—and how rewarding—a journey of change can be.
